NEPTUNTECH · INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE PROJECTS

Ideas.
Architecture.
Code.

I am Roland Rusiecki. I am a software developer working on business systems. NeptunTech is my IT business. On this site I also present my own software projects, from user interface components to code analysis tools and AI-based solutions.

My own projects let me learn new technologies, experiment and turn architectural ideas into working code.

PHIALEGRID · WPF + AVALONIA

One Grid engine. Two working UI frontends.

I am developing PhialeGrid for .NET business applications: shared Core, native WPF and Avalonia rendering, group aggregates and a change-session model. Here is what already works in WPF and Avalonia.

Preview packages are in preparation.

OPEN HISTORY

Selected engineering projects

From code intelligence to UI components. Some are working prototypes, some are research directions.

.NET / DataGrid / WPF / Avalonia01

PhialeGrid

A custom DataGrid for .NET business applications: a shared Core for WPF and Avalonia, multi-level grouping, configurable aggregates, in-cell editing and validation.

LocalAI-RAG

A RAG system for .NET and SQL repositories: from dependency graphs to answers grounded in actual code fragments.

RoslynIndexer

An indexer for large .NET solutions that does not build the solution: C#, dependencies, SQL, Entity Framework, and portable data bundles.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE CODE

Roland Rusiecki

I have been programming since 1997, from Delphi and GIS systems to C#/.NET, business applications and software architecture. Through NeptunTech I develop my own projects to explore problems beyond my daily specialization.

DOCUMENTED DEVELOPMENT

From my project history

Dates come from GitHub repository history and published architecture decisions.

SovereignFlow

SovereignFlow gets its own repository

I separated a domain-neutral RAG foundation with a document model, pipelines, APIs, and no code-analysis assumptions. The repository also includes audit, ingestion, and authorization code.

Separating LocalAI-RAG and SovereignFlow

I documented the decision: LocalAI-RAG stays focused on code analysis, while domain-specific assistants receive a separate core. TaricAI was the first planned validation.

PhialeTech

PhialeTech.Platform on GitHub

I created the public repository for PhialeGis, DSL work, and desktop components. The code remains proprietary.

WHY I DO IT

Why I build my own projects

I believe that overly narrow specialization can limit creativity. My own projects let me explore other areas and keep learning.
